Executive Team
Oversees all operational aspects of the FCH enterprise. Primary focus is to protect and enhance the company’s managed assets for owners and partners. Consults with owners, asset managers and lenders to achieve the optimum return on investment for each hotel FCH operates.
Leads and supports Hotel Management with all hotel operations including sales and marketing. Responsible for improving profitability by monitoring and implementing revenue and cost control practices and strategies. Evaluates, establishes and trains consistent business practices throughout the FCH organization. Is liaison for any FCH and/or brand changes to ensure implementation in a timely manner.
Provides oversight of financial operations of hotel properties, including supervision of accounting, payroll and accounts payable functions. Responsible for month end closings, monthly and annual financial statements. Coordinates external audit and compilation of information for state and federal income tax returns. Helps to develop and maintain financial policies and procedures at the hotel property level.
